Multiform Stone Industries is looking for a Senior Estimator to sit at the very start of every project, before a saw ever touches a slab. Get that number right, and the client's trust, the margin, the job itself, all follow from it.

You'll take architectural plans and building requirements and turn them into quotes that are accurate, competitive, and grounded in a real understanding of stone, construction, and how a job actually comes together on site.

The Role

n

You own the estimate, from the first read of the drawings to the number that goes out the door.

- Read and interpret architectural and building drawings accurately
n
- Cost quotes with precision, balancing competitiveness with margin
n
- Understand material, fabrication and installation requirements in detail
n
- Identify risks and variables early so pricing reflects reality
n




- Build client relationships on trust and technical credibility
n
- Work alongside the estimating team on the numbers that matter
n
- Feed lessons from completed projects back into future quotes
n

Who We're Looking For

n

You know stone, construction, or building estimating, and you back your own numbers.

n

n
- Solid background in estimating within building, construction or stone
n
- Confident reading architectural and building drawings and plans
n
- Understanding of the building process from quote to handover
n
- Natural negotiator, comfortable holding a commercial conversation
n
- Genuinely invested in the team around you, not just your own desk
n
