As a Sales Representative/Course Expert at Bela Beauty College, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of exceptional beauty courses to prospective students. Offering a flexible full time position based in our Richmond, VIC campus, this is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for the beauty industry.

What you'll be doing

- Actively engaging with warm inbound leads (potential students) to understand their career goals and educational needs. (No cold calling).
- Presenting our course offerings in a compelling and informative manner to drive enrolments
- Providing expert advice on the curriculum, career outcomes and industry insights related to our beauty programs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and their families
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies
- Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the enrolment process
- Accurately documenting sales activities and reporting on key performance metrics

What we're looking for

- At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the education industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence effectively
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulately showcase the unique features and benefits of our courses




- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their career aspirations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and data analysis to drive performance
- Flexibility and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
