Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join our busy carrot processing and packing operation. This is a hands‐on role that combines forklift duties with general production and packing tasks in a friendly, team‐oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operating a forklift to move carrot bins from the production line to storage and delivery areas
n
- Placing carrots into bags from the production line
n
- Sorting and grading carrots by size for packaging
n
- Labelling bags and preparing products for dispatch
n
- Washing and cleaning carrots as part of the processing operation
n
- Assisting with general production and packing duties
n
- Working effectively as part of a team
n
- Manual handling and lifting of up to 20kg when required
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A current Forklift Licence (LF)
n
- Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently
n
- Good attention to detail
n




- Ability to work in a fast‐paced production environment
n
- Strong teamwork skills
n
- Reliability and a positive attitude
n
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
n

Full supervision is provided onsite, and all employees must comply with workplace safety requirements.
