Our production site is seeking a Plant Manager to become part of our team. You will be trained across all aspects of the business operation. Working in a fast-paced workplace, you would be technically/mechanically minded with a clear focus on multiple tasks.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure the manufacturing facility operates at peak efficiency
- Maintain Quality Assurance and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Oversee production of premium quality products and best customer service
- Implement and maintain best practice plant hygiene and maintenance standards at the site
- Adhere to Environmental management practices and regulations
- Manage efficient production scheduling and planning to fully utilize plant capabilities
- Manage inventory control system incorporating accurate stock takes and full traceability of raw material usage




- Manage the supply of all materials into the site
- Report on actual performance results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required

About you

- 3+ years in a similar role
- Organizational and planning skills
- Leadership and decision-making abilities, with teamwork focus
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Microsoft computer literacy across all programs
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Able to work unsupervised
- Strong focus on workplace health and safety
