About the role

Note Printing Australia is seeking a Procurement Lead - Non-BOM to join our team on a full time basis at our facility in Craigieburn to take ownership of indirect purchasing across our business, supporting a critical supply chain function in a unique manufacturing environment.

This role offers the opportunity to influence procurement outcomes, strengthen supplier partnerships and help drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations, working work with a broad range of stakeholders in a practical, hands‑on environment.

Reporting to the Procurement & Contracts Manager, you will manage purchasing activity across indirect materials, consumables and business support services, with responsibility for supplier relationships, cost reduction initiatives, inventory management, procurement information requirements and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Manage non‑BOM purchase orders across indirect materials, consumables and business support services.
- Oversee inventory replenishment for stock and consumables to support operational continuity.
- Maintain material master data and support accurate procurement information management.
- Coordinate procurement activities for RFQ processes, supplier quotations, contract preparation and terms.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance,



including DIFOT reporting and analysis.
- Manage the end‑to‑end vendor approval process.
- Support procurement improvement initiatives and cost savings aligned to the Supplier Strategy Roadmap.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing procurement and supplier management, with an understanding of stock‑out impacts and operational risk
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve processes
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, procurement systems and ERP software packages
- Knowledge of relevant compliance obligations, including the Modern Slavery Act, Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
