Job Description Located in the seaside village of Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula we are known for breakfast, brunch and seasonal dining in a coastal setting near Port Phillip Bay. We have indoor and outdoor deck seating with a relaxed coastal atmosphere. We are open 7 days a week offering dishes such as smashed avocado, eggs benedict, pancakes, salads, and seafood-inspired menu items.
We are now looking for a qualified cook to join our team. To apply for this position, you must have passion and pride to share excellent food, been in a similar role for over three years and be available to start immediately. We are offering $75K to $85K
You must be able to;
Prepare and cook meals for our customers
Weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes
Check food and ingredients for freshness
Arrange and garnish dishes
Work well under pressure and within the time limits
Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned
Follow food safety requirements
