The Company… The Company has been operational for over 25 years and specialises in the fabrication and installation of security glass and screens. They deliver their services in all areas of Brisbane and southeast Queensland and also ship their products across Australia. Their mission is to produce quality products in a positive team environment. The team is based in Stafford and takes great pride in providing a happy work atmosphere and adaptable work arrangements. Having built a strong reputation from decades of exceptional service, they are now seeking to employ an experienced aluminium fabricator.
The Position… The role will suit a hands-on, reliable and motivated person to join their team at their Stafford facility. They're looking for someone that takes pride in producing a high-quality level of work and has a high attention to detail.
Specific role responsibilities include:
Fabricating and assembling aluminium-framed security screens using tools and machinery
Operating aluminium saws and assisting with cutting and machining processes
Working from production plans to meet daily targets and quality standards
Packing finished products and preparing orders for installation.
Supporting occasional deliveries and general warehouse tasks as required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Physically capable of handling materials, packing orders, and assisting with deliveries
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
