Banhams WA is a well-regarded, privately owned company operating across the Fire services industry . Delivering comprehensive, statewide fire protection solutions, we work across inspection, testing, maintenance and rectification, aligned to Australian Standards and best-practice methodologies. We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our fire operations.

Role Overview As a Service Coordinator, you will sit at the centre of our fire services operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on coordination role where you will manage the flow of work from job request through to completion. You’ll be responsible for keeping jobs moving, technicians scheduled, clients informed, and systems updated.

This role suits someone who enjoys being busy, takes ownership, and has robust prioritisation and follow-through skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate reactive and planned fire service works end-to-end

Schedule technicians and manage daily workloads across fire services

Log jobs accurately and maintain detailed job notes

Liaise with technicians, colleagues, and clients to progress works

Organise and follow up quotes where required





Monitor job status and chase progress to ensure timely completion

Update systems and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy

Escalate issues early and support service delivery targets

About You You are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities. You pay close attention to detail and take pride in keeping things running smoothly. You communicate clearly and confidently and are comfortable dealing with both technicians and clients.

Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or admin role

Exposure to the fire industry or a related trade-based environment

Experience using Uptick or similar service management systems

Strong prioritisation and time management skills

High attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting
