Reporting to the Wine Production Manager, you will supervise daily workloads, ensure safe operations, and maintain production records. You will mentor Cellar Operators, implement Standard Work Instructions, and drive continuous improvement across quality, safety and efficiency while adapting to vintage periods and varying shifts.
