Merivale is seeking passionate chefs to join its Asian restaurants across Sydney, including Mr Wong, MuMu and Queen Chow Enmore. Roles include Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs and Chef de Parties, full-time or casual.
You will work with senior chefs to deliver high-quality food with solid flavour, technique, consistency and presentation. We are especially interested in those with experience in Cantonese, Chinese, Southeast Asian, or broader Asian cuisines and cooking techniques.
