Sunshine Coast Health in southeast Queensland is seeking a Patient Option Liaison Officer to join our Revenue Services team. You will identify privately insured patients’ options, arrange form completions, and liaise with clinical and admission staff to convey client choices.

You will work to ensure insurance cover, smooth billing, and support between patient and private funds while exploring revenue opportunities in line with financial policies.
