This is a continuing teaching appointment, with an initial appointment into the Middle Leader position including Middle Leader Allowance, concluding at the end of the current triennium (December 2029). Two subsequent three-year appointments with the Middle Leader Allowance can be offered subject to satisfactory performance in the position and the ongoing existence of the position.

In this position you will be responsible for:

- Providing leadership in pastoral care for a designated group of students, ensuring their well-being aligns with the school's mission and values.

- Supervising teachers involved in student pastoral care,



offering guidance and support for effective practices.
n
- Facilitating the induction process for new teachers within your area of responsibility or overseeing their induction when handled by other experienced staff.
n
- Monitoring students' holistic development, including their academic performance, social interactions, spiritual growth, and physical health, and addressing concerns through appropriate measures.
n
- Coordinating efforts among staff focused on student welfare, fostering teamwork and aligning activities with the school's ethos.
n
- Managing student behavior in line with the school's behavior management policies, promoting a secure and respectful environment.
