DFP Recruitment is seeking an EL2 Senior Independent Advisor to provide high-level policy advice, stakeholder engagement and leadership within a national government disability workplace. You will report to the IAC Principal Member, oversee the development of IAC advice, mentor two Independent Advisors and work with the NDIA Board and Reference Group to scope and write advice on priority matters.

The role requires experience with government writing, research and inclusive stakeholder
