Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking a full-time Membership Specialist to guide guests through the membership application process, perform identity checks and ensure compliance with AML/CTF, KYC and privacy frameworks in a regulated setting. You will onboarding, maintain accurate records, and provide a welcoming guest experience while balancing compliance duties.

Mandarin or another language is valued; a rotating 24/7 roster is required.
