We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to help leading the kitchen at the Newbay Hotel – a much-loved local pub in the heart of Brighton, known for its charm, warm hospitality, and quality food.

- Proven experience leading a kitchen team

- Ability to manage food costs, rosters, and kitchen operations

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to participate in and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

- A desire to bring fresh ideas while respecting the classics
