You'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and domestic property claims from initial notification through to settlement, using your property expertise, investigation and problem-solving skills to deliver positive outcomes for customers and clients.

What You Will Do

n

- Manage property claims from notification through to settlement
n
- Inspect damage,



investigate causes and assess losses
n
- Review coverage and make sound settlement recommendations
n
- Coordinate trades, specialists and service providers
n
- Manage reserves, costs and claim documentation
n
- Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records
n
- Deliver timely, compliant and customer-focused outcomes
n

What You Will Bring

You will be confident working independently, enjoys solving problems and builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will bring:

- Experience in loss adjusting, claims management, property, construction, building or trades
n
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions
n
- A customer-focused approach, with empathy and professionalism
n
- A current driver's licence and Australian/New Zealand work rights
n
- A willingness to complete a police check and continue developing your expertise
