The Role

n

We're looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologistto join our team and help older Australians move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence. This is a hands-on role combining assessment, treatment, and group-based exercise in a energetic and supportive environment.

What you'll do

n

n
- Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based strength development plans tailored to 50+ members.
n
- Lead engaging classes and programs focused on mobility, balance, strength, and independence.
n




- Work collaboratively with our Exercise Physiologists and our broader team to deliver life changing results.
n
- Track and report member outcomes to demonstrate impact in positive ageing.
n
- Support The Monday Club community through education, member engagement, and wellness initiatives.

What we're looking for

n

n
- Degree in Exercise Physiology.
n
- ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
n
- Proven experience working with older adults in rehab, wellness, or community settings.
n
- Strong exercise prescription skills.
n
- Great communication and interpersonal skills - able to build trust and rapport with members.
n
- A genuine passion for supporting people to live well and age well.
n
