Exceed Global seeks a Senior Applications Support Analyst for hands-on work across ERP, CRM, payroll and HR platforms in Collingwood, Melbourne. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office with 2 days remote, on a 10-month contract, reporting to the Application Operations Lead. You will own complex incidents, work with vendors on upgrades, and document solutions to support a growing user base while ensuring system stability and security.
