The role This is a senior 360 tech recruitment role with real ownership.

AI SAP Project Services Executive Search

Around 70% of the role is business development, but it’s structured and supported, not random activity for the sake of it.

You’ll be: Building and owning a specialist tech market Developing long-term client relationships Running multiple roles at pace, without chaos Headhunting and mapping markets properly Growing a desk that’s sustainable and profitable

50% triggered at $180k billed per quarter

Average fee around $29k
