We are seeking experienced Formwork supervisor with a solid construction back round for Brisbane and Gold Coast projects starting in January 2027.

Long Term Work.

In this role you will

Plan and coordinate daily construction activities for efficiency and safety

Drive quality assurance processes and maintain compliance across site operations

Lead and support the team and suppliers with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships — internally and externally

Read and interpret plans and drawings

Manage ITPS and Quality assurance processes

Prepare and hold daily pre start meetings and weekly toolboxing meeting

Report and communicate to head office daily

Experience and Qualifications

Trade Certified in Carpentry/Formwork

Experience with multistory, high rise projects

Experience with all Formwork Systems ie ischbeck, Doka, Peri
