We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior IT Systems Administrator to join our Victoria team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or junior skilled who is eager to learn, build, and grow their career in a supportive corporate environment.

About the Role

As our Junior IT Systems Administrator, your first three months will be heavily focused on training and understanding everything we do as a business. Once you are fully up to speed, you will step in to contribute to the core IT needs of the business, supporting our systems and helping us deliver top-tier internal service.

Key Responsibilities

Help staff resolve hardware, software, account and connectivity issues, and keep clear support records.

Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, laptop setup, access permissions, software deployment and asset records.

Follow established security procedures, monitor assigned tasks and escape issues when needed.

Build small scripts, automations and internal application improvements with technical guidance and review.





What We Are Looking For

Basic knowledge of Windows or macOS, networking, user accounts and common workplace applications.

An organised approach to troubleshooting, clear communication and a willingness to help people.

Some hands-on experience using AI to build or improve a script, app or workflow. University, home and personal projects are welcome.

Enough understanding to explain your work, test the output and recognise when you need help.

An IT qualification or equivalent practical learning is welcome.

A current Police Clearance Certificate and Construction White Card are required for the role.
