- Brisbane CBD
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (we also open to non-nurse candidates)
- 9-Month fixed Term Parental Leave Cover (with real potential to extend in to permanent role)
- Full Time or we are open to Part Time (minimum 4 days per week)

Not a RN or EN? - We are open to receiving applications from candidates with solid experienced working in administration in a Plastic Surgery Practice.

About Our Role

This is an opportunity to bring your background in the cosmetic surgery /plastic surgery industry into a combined clinical and administrative role. The mix of tasks on offer will ensure you are situated at the centre of the patient journey and really make a difference to the experience and lives of our patients.

The Patient Coordinator is an essential part of our practice andmanages aesthetic and medical enquiries from first contact through to surgery, both in rooms and via tele-health.

Providing support to our 4 surgeons including; pre-qualification, consultations, quoting, bookings and follow-up.

As a Registered Nurse, or Enrolled Nurse, the Patient Coordinator also completes nurse consultations, assists surgeons with minor procedures and injectable set-up, participates in an on-call roster and supports patient aftercare alongside the clinic nursing team.

Duties and responsibilities will be modified for candidates without RN / EN qualifications

A Typical Day in Our Busy Plastic Surgery Practice





- Managing current patient enquiries and pre-qualification calls across phone, email, SMS and website
- Booking consultations and surgeries, and taking associated payments/deposits
- Completing initial and second nurse tele-health consultations for cosmetic surgery patients
- Assisting with in-rooms and tele-health consultations, and reviewing readiness questionnaire outcomes with surgeons
- Assisting surgeons with minor procedure and injectable set-up as required
- Post-operative follow-up calls and patient aftercare
- Preparing quotes, referral correspondence and related pateint documentation
- Maintaining accurate patient records in our practice systems

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Have experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic, or aesthetic nursing (essential)
- Be comfortable with tele-health consultations and remote patient coordination
- Demonstrate solid CRM/pipeline experience (HubSpot exposure highly regarded)
- Display a confident, warm style when communicating with patients
- Be willing to work across combined clinical and administrative duties
- Reveal a history of exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Be available and willing to participate in an on-call roster

Summary of Our Offer

Security: Fixed-term contract, parental leave cover 9 months. Possibility to convert to permanent contract

Location: Brisbane CBD - QLD

On-call: Monthly rotation, one week per rotation. Managing post operative patients outside hours.

Rate of Pay: Above Awards and will be discussed / agreed based on experience
