Lawyers Weekly seeks a senior in-house Employment/IR counsel in Melbourne with 3–7 years PAE, to lead a team of employment practitioners. You will advise on a broad range of employment and IR issues, work with senior stakeholders, and guide complex negotiations, including enterprise agreements.

The role offers autonomy with support, robust HR and compliance focus, and some work-from-home flexibility.
