Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating stunning landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Delivery of landscape construction projects
n
- Oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish
n
- Coordinate and supervise a team of landscapers and organise trades, organising material deliveries, programming works,



operating earthmoving machinery and completing landscape construction duties
n
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
n
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
n
- Read and interpret landscape plans and designs
n
- Order materials and manage project budgets
n
- Maintain tools and equipment
n
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
n
- Proven experience as a Landscape Gardener (min 2 years)
n
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materials
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
- Time management, strong landscaping and horticulture knowledge, communication skills
n
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
n
- Valid drivers license
n
