LMS is a tribute to Queensland’s sun-kissed days, golden beaches, and untamed wilderness.She represents the unspoken tales of exploration, the hidden mysteries waiting to be discovered here, and the vibrant cultural tapestry that defines our sun burnt land.

NowOpen and taking Brisbane by storm, LMS is on the hunt for a stand out brewer who can be a bit of an ambassador for our beer brands. Through educating our team and hosting brewing & tasting sessions with our key customers, we need someone with a real flair for brewing, who knows what it takes to kick start a micro style brewery whilst creating a taste that is distinctively Brisbane. With a fun fit out and a kick-arse crew at the helm, LMS is the CBD’s first & only nano brewery, boasting a great tap lineup of & a bit of a bougee bistro menu to boot.

So, what do we think it takes to be a brewer @ LMS:

- The technical ability!
- A strong knowledge & understanding of the software & ability to use it to perform each production run.




- The ability to perform basic everyday machine maintenance
- Well-tuned project management skills
- New product innovation & ideas
- An ability to support the marketing team through various activation's & promotions
- An ability to adhere to everyday occupational health and safety processes
- Works to ensure the product is environmentally friendly and sustainable

- It’s definitely a hands-on role
- You need to be a confident speaker as there are times you will act as the ambassador for the beer brand
- You would be performing every day Plant CIP and general cleaning
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential
- There is a bit of cellar management involved
- Stock control is a definite focus
- Mad bar skills are also a hell of plus
- Customer Service is always paramount
- Secure work practices are key
- You need to be a bit of a self-starter
- Boast some super cool interpersonal and communication skills
- And more than anything, have Australian Work Rights
