Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactivePermanent Full-Time Dispatch Coordinatorto manage the productive dispatch of linen from our commercial Laundry located at Banyo, QLD 4014.

Monday to Friday 05:00 to 13:06 pm

n

In this role, you will coordinate the daily flow of linen through the dispatch dock, ensure customer orders are packed and loaded accurately, and work closely with Production, Pack-out, Client Services and contractors to make sure deliveries leave on time and in line with customer requirements.

This is a fast-paced role where strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily flow of linen through the dispatch dock.
n
- Ensure customer linen trolleys are packed accurately and ready for scheduled departures.
n
- Coordinate loading of delivery vehicles in line with manifests and transport schedules.
n




- Check orders are complete and ready for dispatch prior to loading.
n
- Prioritise urgent and same-day orders where required.
n
- Liaise with Production, Pack-out, Client Services and Logistics regarding order progress and delays.
n
- Escalate incomplete or delayed orders to minimise service disruptions.
n
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
n
- Use Microsoft Office and laundry-specific systems to update reports and operational information.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe dispatch area.

About you

We are seeking someone with:

- Strong organisational and coordination skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, transport, manufacturing or commercial laundry operations
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, mobile devices and operational systems
n
- Knowledge of WHS requirements in an industrial or warehouse environment
n
- Experience in commercial laundry or dispatch/transport coordination
n
- Be part of a supportive and fast-paced team
n
- Play a key role in ensuring customer deliveries are accurate and on time
n
