I'm currently working with a number of established insurance building and restoration companies across Brisbane and the Gold Coast who are looking to add Restoration Technicians and Senior Restoration Technicians to their teams.

The Opportunity

I'm currently working with a number of established insurance building and restoration companies across Brisbane and the Gold Coast who are looking to add Restoration Technicians and Senior Restoration Technicians to their teams.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Depending on your experience and the business, your role may include:

n

n
- Attending residential and commercial properties following water, fire, mould and other insured events
n
- Moisture testing, mapping and reporting
n
- Setting up, monitoring and removing drying equipment
n
- Water extraction and structural drying
n




- Mould remediation and specialised cleaning
n
- Completing site reports and photographic documentation
n
- Liaising with homeowners, insurers, builders and other stakeholders
n
- For Senior Technicians - taking ownership of more complex restoration jobs and providing guidance to less experienced technicians
n

n

What I'm Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience within restoration, insurance building or a similar industry
n
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, structural drying and/or mould remediation
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- IICRC qualifications are highly regarded but not essential for every chance
n
- Experience supervising or mentoring other technicians will be highly regarded for senior positions
n
