What you'll get

- This apprenticeship combines paid, on-the-job training with formal TAFE study.



You'll learn the trade while working as part of the team and finish your apprenticeship with a nationally recognised horticulture qualification.

- We offer above-Award wages, with your pay increasing as you progress through your apprenticeship and build your skills and experience.
n
- Your on-the-job training will expose you to a broad range of horticultural work, including garden maintenance, planting, pruning, plant care, turf and general property horticulture. No two properties - or days - are exactly the same.

Who we're looking for

You don't need previous horticultural experience. Attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter most.

You'll be a good fit if you:

- enjoy practical, hands-on work and being outdoors
n
- are reliable, punctual and willing to turn up and have a go
n
- are interested in plants, gardens and learning how to care for them properly
n
- can work well as part of a team and take direction
n
- are prepared for the physical nature of horticultural work and working outside in different weather conditions.
