They are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to run their own caseload of child and property matters end to end, based at their Campbelltown office.

About the role You’ll run a caseload of family law matters end to end, working autonomously across parenting and property disputes, with senior guidance available whenever a matter calls for it.
Managing child and property matters from initial instruction through to resolution
Working independently while drawing on a network of Principal lawyers across the group for complex or unusual matters
Liaising directly with clients, opposing solicitors and the Family Court where required
Some exposure to estate matters available for lawyers keen to diversify
What you’ll bring:
3 -10 + years PAE in family law, with genuine experience running files independently
Current unrestricted NSW practising certificate
Robust working knowledge of parenting and property law
Confidence managing a caseload without day-to-day supervision
