Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and leading a multidisciplinary team, this is a broad senior marketing opportunity combining strategy, people leadership and hands‑on commercial ownership across content, SEO, social media, website performance, creative and events.

About the Role As the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's content and organic growth strategy, ensuring its brand is consistently represented across digital and owned channels.

You will lead a team spanning content, SEO, social media, graphic design and video, while holding ultimate ownership of the website as a marketing and conversion channel.

Oversee the creative production pipeline and ensure output is consistently high‑quality and on‑brand

Partner with paid marketing specialists to connect paid and organic activity and deliver integrated campaigns

Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and translate marketing performance into clear commercial insights
