The chance We have an exciting opportunity for a

HSE Manager

to join our Energy and Utilities business supporting a major program in South East Queensland. Based in Brisbane, this role plays a critical part in partnering with our client and program partners to drive best practice health safety and environmental outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

As a strategic and consultative leader, you will influence ways of working, embed contemporary safety systems and champion continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across a complex operating setting to deliver measurable

HSE

outcomes and strengthen a high performance safety culture.

What we are looking for We are seeking a collaborative and influential safety leader with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.

You will bring

Extensive experience in Health Safety and Environment roles ideally within construction utilities energy or other high risk industries

Proven ability to build trusted client and stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across complex programs

Strong consulting and problem solving capability with experience driving continuous improvement initiatives

Demonstrated success embedding and improving HSE management systems and frameworks

Advanced communication and engagement skills with the ability to coach and mentor leaders and operational teams





Experience using data and insights to inform decision making including reporting and analytics

Relevant safety qualifications with a commitment to ongoing professional development

This role requires someone who can influence at all levels navigate complexity and drive a culture of accountability and high performance.
