Civil Plant Operators

to join busy crews working across a variety of civil construction projects throughout South East Queensland.

Our client is looking for... Reliable and safety-conscious operators with experience on one or more of the following:

Excavators

Grader

Dozer

Rollers

Moxy

Water Truck

Front End Loader

Skidsteer

You’ll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in your work, and isn’t afraid to lend a hand on the ground when required.

About the role

Operating a variety of civil plant on active construction sites.

Projects including residential subdivisions, TMR roadworks, commercial developments and private civil works.

Bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks and site preparation.

Working alongside experienced civil crews to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Temporary and permanent opportunities available.





10+ hour days

with regular overtime.

Multiple projects offering long-term, ongoing work.

FIFO/DIDO opportunities available

What you’ll bring / requirements

Current RII Competencies/Tickets for the machinery you operate.

Min. 1 year experience operating civil plant

GPS experience highly favoured.

Construction White Card.

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Strong understanding of civil construction and safe operating procedures.

Ability to work within a team and follow site instructions.

Positive attitude with a solid work ethic.

Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Ability to pass pre‑employment medicals and drug & alcohol testing if required.
