Blur is looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our Collingwood studio. We're a young, diverse team with big ambitions and a genuine commitment to creating architecture that is meaningful, accessible, and considered.

This is a excellent opportunity for a designer who wants real ownership over projects - you'll work closely with our architecture and design team across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to delivery, on a mix of multi-residential and commercial work.

The Role Lead and manage interior design deliverables across all project phases - concept through to completion

Liaise directly with clients, consultants and suppliers

Collaborate closely with our architecture team to ensure design intent carries through construction

Contribute to business development and help build client relationships





Confidently manage multiple projects at once

About You Minimum six years' local experience in an interior design or architecture practice

A genuine passion for design, detailing and materiality

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

A collaborative team player who also works well autonomously
