- The ability to make consistently high-quality coffee

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Previous café, hospitality or retail experience

- Confidence working in a busy, quick-paced environment

- A friendly, reliable and positive attitude
n
- The ability to work well as part of a team
n
- Availability to work a flexible casual roster, including some weekends
