Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business and system requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
n
- Develop, configure and enhance software applications within the Zoho ecosystem.
n
- Assist with the design and development of application functionality.
n
- Work on system changes, enhancements and ongoing application improvements.
n
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using APIs.
n
- Test application functionality and identify, troubleshoot and document defects.
n
- Assist with system implementation and deployment.
n
- Prepare and maintain technical and system documentation.
n
- Work with internal stakeholders and developers to deliver system requirements.
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in programming, application development, systems analysis or a related technical role.
n
- Experience developing or configuring applications within the Zoho ecosystem or a comparable business application platform.
n
- Experience with software development, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
n
- Understanding of APIs and third-party system integrations.
n
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
n
- Relevant qualification in information technology, computer science, software development or a related discipline.
n
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
n
n
Experience with Zoho Vertical Solutions, Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs will be highly regarded.
n
Experience with customer relationship management systems, financial services or insurance technology applications would also be advantageous.

This is a full time position working within a small technology development team on the ongoing development and enhancement of commercial business software applications.
