As an early childhood educator, young children's wellbeing, learning and development is your strength. You demonstrate well-developed skills in contributing to a nurturing, respectful and calm environment for children, with a focus on trusting relationships and key moments for connection and learning through play.

As a professional, you are seeking a secure management team, comprehensive induction program, ongoing professional learning, and mentoring from a non-contact Educational Leader.

At First Five Early Learning we celebrate who children are now. We recognise learning begins from birth, with the first five years the most critical and sensitive for shaping children's health and wellbeing, learning and development.

Our educator role requires applicants with a minimum Certificate III qualification, who are skilled in delivering quality education and care for young children. A Diploma qualification is preferred.

Role Requirements:

n

n
- A certificate of completion for the National Mandatory Child Safety Training (Foundation)
n
- A current and valid Working with Children Check
n
- A Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
n
- Experience and understanding with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
n
- Collaborative teamwork skills
n
- Effective oral and written communication skills
n
- 2 previous work references will be required
n
- Full Time or Part Time hours considered
