Entertainment Partners (EP) sits at the financial and operational core of the screen production ecosystem. Across Australia and New Zealand, we provide the infrastructure that enables productions to operate compliantly, efficiently and at scale, from budgeting and scheduling to payroll and accounting, to incentives and final reporting.
The Account Manager supports the commercial team in keeping the day-to-day commercial and customer engine of EP AUNZ running smoothly. This role balances commercial drive and sales effort alongside customer experience and support and builds the systems and processes that make growth repeatable, scalable and accountable.
The Account Manager liaises with customers daily, so customer service and relationship-building are critical to this role. It also partners closely with Product & Technology, the Services divisions and Executive Leadership, and is an ambassador for EP products and services.
- Responsible for Salesforce CRM and pipeline management, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Collaborator for lead sharing and discovery, helping to build a healthy pipeline.
- Responsible for quoting, customer contracts and agreements.
- Collaborator in onboarding and show success administration.
Customer Experience & Support
- Liaises with customers daily; customer service and relationship-building are critical to this role.
- Balances commercial drive and sales effort alongside customer experience and support.
- Manages customer objections or barriers, with support from the commercial team leaders
Systems, Process & Scalability
- Builds systems and processes that are repeatable, scalable and accountable.
- Looks for ways to improve how the team works day-to-day, so growth doesn't come at the cost of quality.
- Partnering with Product lead to develop AI agents to automate and streamline repeatable workflows
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partners with Product & Technology and the wider Services divisions, including Post & Incentives, Payroll and Finance, and with Executive Leadership.
- Strong collaborator and team player who enjoys contributing to culture
- Acts as an ambassador for Entertainment Partners and its products and services.
Requirements & Skills
Experience
- Background in media, agency, technology or SaaS environments.
- Experience in film, TV or the broader creative industry highly valued.
- Experience in production considered a plus, though not essential.
Skills & Capabilities
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, and confident using the platform for CRM.
- Robust organisational skills, comfortable managing detail across contracts, quotes and onboarding.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving customer issues.
