Current Wave Care currently has opportunities for experienced Support Workers to join our incredible teams in Caboolture, Morayfield and Bribie Island.

We're looking for Support Workers who genuinely care about the people they support, understand the importance of consistency and relationships, and want to be part of a team that does things a little differently in all the right ways.

We have opportunities for Support Workers with experience in:

- Complex care and high-intensity support
n
- Supporting people with behaviours
n
- Mental health and psychosocial support
n
- Personal care and daily living
n
- Community access
n
- Working alongside established support strategies and care plans
n

Some of our roles require specific experience, including confidence supporting people who may display physical or verbal behaviours, while our complex care roles may involve higher-level support requirements.
