About the role

Bay City Auto Group is looking for a high-performing Service Advisor to join our team. We are building a high-performance Service department around Two simple objectives: Look after customers and Advance in your career.

Key responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and manage the end-to-end service experience
- Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring effective daily workflow
- Liaise with workshop technicians and monitor job progress
- Communicate clearly with customers about services, costs, and additional repair recommendations
- Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and final invoices
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean and professional service area




- Deliver consistent follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support team KPIs and maintain high MSI scores

About you

Proven background in customer service (automotive experience highly regarded)

Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations

High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy

Outstanding communication and time-management skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities

Team player with a proactive, positive attitude

Current driver’s license and police check

Prior Experience as a Service Advisor (advantageous but not essential)
