This is more than just an administration role. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, staying organised, and becoming an integral part of a supportive and hardworking team.
About the Role
As our Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
Processing customer orders and invoices accurately
Managing data entry and maintaining customer records
Coordinating freight bookings and order dispatches
Reconciling supplier invoices and supporting accounts administration
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
Assisting with general office administration
Supporting warehouse and operational staff when required
No prior industry experience is necessary. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a willingness to learn.
You will ideally have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using computers, web portals, and Microsoft Office
Good organisational and time management skills
The ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
