We're a well-established Brisbane Southside law firm seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Family Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis.
You’ll manage your own file load across a broad range of Family Law matters, with the opportunity to assist on General Practice matters from time to time.
About you
You’ll have solid post-qualification experience in Family Law, including divorce, child support, property settlements, spousal maintenance and binding financial agreements. You’re a motivated self-starter with a mature, qualified attitude and the initiative to manage your files with minimal supervision.
Skills and attributes we’re looking for:
- A supportive, empathetic communication style,
especially when working with clients through difficult circumstances
- Strong attention to detail and excellent legal drafting skills
- A proven ability to provide clear, high-quality legal advice
- A practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Confidence managing time recording and billable hours
- The ability to appear confidently before the Local, District and Family Courts
