Required Skills

A construction related degree with at least 3- 5 years estimating experience

Prepare BOQ for Concrete, Structure, Reinforcement, formwork, early works packages

Knowledge of D&C; tenders within the healthcare,



industrial & education sector

Experience using Buildsoft, Cubit & Estimate One & Mudshark software

Current market knowledge of subcontractor prices

The Role You will secure projects by efficiently, effectively and accurately handling / general enquiries, tendering construction projects and preparing proposals in a timely manner. This role will be working within a team supporting the business in work winning for new build commercial and industrial tenders.
