About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to develop and implement marketing activities that support the company's business growth, brand awareness and customer engagement.

n

Key Duties and Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional programs aligned with the company's business objectives and construction services.
n
- Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, construction industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
n
- Identify and develop marketing opportunities for the company's residential construction, renovation, extension, carpentry and timber framing services.
n
- Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns targeting homeowners, builders, contractors and other relevant customers.
n
- Manage website, social media and digital marketing activities, including SEO and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and generate enquiries.
n
- Develop and coordinate marketing content including project showcases,



construction project case studies, website content, social media content and promotional materials.
n
- Monitor marketing campaigns, website performance, customer enquiries, leads and engagement, and prepare reports and insights for management.
n
- Assist with Google Ads, email marketing, lead generation and other digital marketing initiatives.
n
- Maintain consistent branding and marketing messaging across all channels and promotional activities.
n
- Liaise with external marketing, design, photography and digital service providers as required.

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' relevant marketing or closely related experience.
n
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
n
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO and online advertising.
n
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics or similar platforms.
n
- Robust market research, competitor analysis and analytical skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Experience creating website and social media marketing content.
n
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple marketing activities.
n
- Construction, building or property industry experience will be highly regarded.
n

What We Offer

- Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
n
- Salary of $80,000–$90,000 + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
n
