Job Description

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking Disability Support Practitioners for our Home & Community services in the Central Coast region. Primary locations include Beresfield onboarding with travel to Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina across the Central Coast to support clients in group homes and community settings.

You will encourage independence, assist with daily routines, personal care and mobility, and help clients engage with the community while following person-centred plans.
