Requirements
n

- Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence
n
- Proven sales capability and strong negotiation skills
n
- Meet the Award requirements for commission-only employment
n
- Strong prospecting skills,
work ethic and accountability
n
- Professional approach and commitment to client service
n
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the team

- Current driver licence and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

- Generate new business, secure listings and manage residential sales from initial appraisal through to settlement - end to end
n
- Develop lasting relationships with vendors and buyers to encourage referrals and future business
n
- Complete market appraisals, listing presentations, open homes and private inspections
n
- Present and negotiate offers while protecting clients' interests
n
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline, complete timely follow-ups and work towards agreed performance targets
n
- Collaborate with the in‐house support team to provide consistent and professional service
