Freighter Group is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and suppliers of transport equipment. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Workshop / Yard Driver to join our dealership in Brooklyn, Victoria. This hands‑on role is responsible for supporting workshop operations through the safe movement of trailers, maintaining yard presentation and assisting the Service, Parts and Sales teams with day‑to‑day operational requirements. About the Role Your responsibilities will include:

- Moving trailers safely between the workshop, yard and designated storage areas.
- Positioning trailers for workshop repairs, servicing and inspections.
- Assisting with trailer loading, unloading and yard movements.
- Preparing new and used trailers for customer collection and handover.
- Conducting pre-movement and general safety checks on trailers and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe yard environment.
- Supporting workshop technicians and parts personnel with general duties as required.
- Assisting with occasional trailer deliveries and collections when required.




- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current HC Licence (essential).
- A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
- Experience operating or moving trailers, heavy vehicles or transport equipment.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, cooperative attitude.
- A willingness to assist across workshop and yard operations as needed.
- Experience in a transport, manufacturing, workshop or dealership environment (preferred).
