Are you a successful medical device salesperson ready to take the next step toward

sales leadership ? We’re partnering with a

global medical device organisation

to appoint an experienced Territory Manager to their Victorian team.

This is more than an individual sales role.

You’ll own and grow a hospital territory while also playing a key role in

mentoring and supporting the wider sales team

— an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress toward future Sales Management.

The opportunity:

Develop and execute a strategic Territory Sales Plan

Identify and convert competitor-held hospital accounts

Grow existing customers through cross-selling and increased product adoption

Build relationships with surgeons, KOLs and hospital decision-makers

Mentor and support Sales Representatives across the territory

Coordinate case coverage,



clinical education and customer workshops

Manage forecasting, pipeline and territory performance

Work closely with internal commercial and operational teams

What we’re looking for: You’ll ideally bring

3–5+ years of successful medical device sales experience , particularly within:

You’ll have a proven ability to

grow territory revenue, win new business and develop strong relationships within hospitals and the medical profession.

Previous coaching, mentoring or informal leadership experience would be highly regarded.

A genuine chance to combine hands-on territory ownership with increased leadership responsibility and build toward

future Sales Management .
