~5 years' experience in building services consulting, ideally in Australia A relevant engineering degree (Australian institution preferred) Eligibility for NER — bonus points if you’re already a certified Design Practitioner under the DB&P; Act Solid grasp of the relevant Standards and Codes Revit skills — nice to have, not a dealbreaker A commercial head on your shoulders — you get that time, productivity and quality all cost money A well‑presented, can‑do attitude, and the self‑motivation to run with things You’ll need to be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen — sponsorship is not on the table for this one.
