We are seeking energetic, customer-focused M365 Floor Walkers to provide hands-on support following a Microsoft 365 cross-tenant data migration. You will work directly with users across the client’s offices, resolving migration-related issues and helping employees transition smoothly into the new Microsoft 365 environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide onsite Level 2 floor-walking support following the M365 migration

Create and troubleshoot Outlook mail profiles

Assist users with shared mailbox access

Support MFA setup and configuration

Resolve OneDrive access and synchronisation issues

Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams in a cross-tenant environment

Assist with SharePoint and general Microsoft 365 access issues

Communicate clearly with users and provide a positive support experience

Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams

Skills and experience

Previous Level 2 desktop, service desk or floor-walking support experience

Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint

Experience supporting users following an M365 migration is highly desirable

Understanding of cross-tenant Microsoft 365 environments

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Energetic, approachable and comfortable assisting users face-to-face

Able to work independently in a quick-paced onsite environment

No security clearance is required.
