About the Prospect Canterbury BMW is part of Autosports Group, one of Australia's leading automotive retail groups. Located in Sydney's Inner West at 376-384 Canterbury Road, we represent the full BMW new vehicle range in a modern, state of the art showroom environment.

About the Role As a New Car Sales Consultant you will:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey

Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business

Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations and test drives

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Accurately manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce

Work closely with the Finance, Aftersales and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover

Maintain a high standard of product knowledge across the current BMW range

Represent the BMW brand with professionalism and integrity at all times





About You We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience in new or used car sales (prestige/premium brand experience highly regarded)

A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills

A track record of achieving sales targets

Confidence in handling objections and closing deals

High personal presentation and professionalism

A current Australian driver's licence

Comfort using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage)

A positive attitude and the desire to continuously improve
